1 Definitions

3 Eligibility

• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any 999php software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999php staff or other users.
• Using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on 999php.asia — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of 999php Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 999php platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from 999php without prior written consent.

10 Privacy & Data

13 Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At 999php's sole discretion, for any reason consistent with applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, 999php reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, any real money balance. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 999php support. Closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

14 Amendments

999php Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 999php will notify registered users via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 999php platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be submitted to 999php's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or, failing that, to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and in the jurisdiction of Metro Manila, Philippines.
